2. Products and Pricing
- All prices are in Philippine Pesos (₱) and are subject to change without prior notice.
- We do our best to keep product details, specifications, photos, and stock status accurate, but errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct them and to cancel orders affected by a pricing or listing error, with a full refund.
- Product photos are for illustration; actual units may differ slightly in color or appearance.
3. Orders
- An order is confirmed once we verify your payment and contact details. We may call or message you to confirm before processing.
- We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders that appear fraudulent, or when an item is unavailable. Paid amounts for cancelled orders are refunded in full.
4. Payment
We accept Cash, GCash, Maya, Bank Transfer, Cards, and Installment Plans. Orders paid via GCash, Maya, or bank transfer are processed after payment is verified. Installment orders are subject to approval and the submission of required documents.
5. Delivery and Pickup
- Delivery schedules and fees depend on your location and will be confirmed with you after checkout.
- Please inspect items upon delivery or pickup and report any visible damage immediately.
- Someone must be available to receive and sign for the delivery.
6. Warranty, Returns and Refunds
Items are covered by the manufacturer's warranty and by our Return and Refund Policy. Warranty service is handled through authorized service centers of each brand.
